There are various types of tower equipment, and a distillation tower is a tower type gas-liquid contact device used for distillation. There are two main types: plate tower and packed tower. The principle of distillation in a distillation tower is to partially gasify a liquid mixture and utilize the different volatile properties of each component to achieve separation.
