It is particularly suitable for drying paste like materials that are not resistant to high temperature, flammable, and prone to oxidation under temperature regulation. Principle: The dried material is added from the middle of the shell, and under the stirring of the continuously rotating rake teeth, the material moves back and forth in the axial direction. The surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell is constantly updated, and is indirectly heated by steam. The uniform stirring of the rake teeth and the crushing of the grinding rod make the surface moisture of the material more effectively discharged. Product features

(1) Strong adaptability and wide application. Due to the use of jacket heating and high vacuum exhaust, the rake type vacuum dryer is suitable for almost all materials with different properties and states, especially for drying explosive, oxidizable, and paste like materials.

(2) Good product quality is due to the continuous forward and backward rotation of the rake teeth during the drying process, which mixes the dried material evenly to avoid overheating and easy escape of moisture, resulting in a low temperature product for the shell. Due to the fine particle size of the product, it can be packaged without the need for crushing.

(3) Low steam consumption is due to the fact that vacuum rake dryers often use steam to pass through the jacket and use latent heat to heat the material. The steam consumption per kilogram of finished product is relatively small, usually between 1.3-1.8 kilograms of steam.

(4) According to the different characteristics and requirements of drying materials, the sealing system of the dryer can be selected from two types: packing seal and mechanical seal. The special design ensures sealing performance and service life.

(5) Easy to operate. The vacuum rake dryer is easy to operate, with fewer personnel and low labor intensity. Due to the reduction of material leakage loss, environmental hygiene has been improved.
