Bag filter is a pressure filtration device, mainly composed of filter cylinder body, filter cylinder cover and quick opening mechanism, stainless steel filter bag reinforcement net and other main components. The filtrate flows into the filter bag through the side inlet pipe of the filter machine shell, and the filter bag itself is installed in the reinforcement net basket. The liquid can penetrate through the filter bag with the required fineness level to obtain qualified filtrate, and impurity particles are intercepted by the filter bag. The machine is very convenient for replacing filter bags, and there is basically no material consumption during filtration.

Bag filters have many advantages, such as reasonable construction, good sealing, strong circulation ability, and easy operation. Especially with a low probability of leakage on the side of the filter bag, it can accurately ensure filtration accuracy and quickly replace the filter bag, reducing operating costs. The inner and outer surfaces of the filter are solved by mechanical sandblasting and polishing, which is average and easy to clean. We know that the filtration method adopted by bag filters is a side in and side out method, or a side in and bottom out method. The filtered liquid medium is pressed or drawn into the bag filter barrel through the pressure in the pipeline. The liquid medium to be filtered is supported by the filter bag supported by the filter blue through the electro polishing punching hole, and the changed solid and liquid respectively reach the liquid medium to be filtered.

The structural design of the bag filter is composed of four sets of pendulum type ring head bolts that seal and lock the top cover and filter cartridge, so that the filter can better withstand higher filtration pressure and water hammer type pressure impact. The bag filter consists of a filter cartridge, a filter basket, and a filter bag, with a compact and simple structure; The liquid to be filtered enters through the inlet of the filter and flows into the filter bag. After being intercepted by the filter bag, it flows out through the outlet of the filter. The inlet and outlet design of bag filters generally adopts a side in bottom out method, which is convenient for cleaning.

Electric heating atmospheric pressure reaction kettle can be divided into stainless steel electric heating reaction kettle and stainless steel steam heating reaction kettle according to the heating method. Place thermal oil inside the jacket of the electric heating reactor, heated by an electric heating rod, while keeping the vent open. Gear reducers are recommended for speeds exceeding 160 rpm. The number of openings, specifications, or other requirements can be designed and manufactured according to user requirements.

The electric heating reactor has the characteristics of rapid heating, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, hygiene, no environmental pollution, no need for automatic heating of the boiler, and convenient use. Use an electric heating rod to heat the thermal oil inside the jacket, so that the temperature of the thermal oil rises to the required temperature. Then, a temperature measurement controller controls the electric heating rod to turn off the power and maintain a constant temperature.
